Who am I?

I am Sven van Heusden, a fitness enthusiast with more than 6 years of experience as an instructor and personal trainer. At an early age I discovered my passion for sports and studied sports & health. I truly believe that a healthy lifestyle is achievable for everyone, regardless of age. And you know what? It's never too early or too late to start! Let's get started together on your path to a healthier and happier life!"

My goal is to help people make positive changes by breaking bad habits. I believe in the importance of simple & effective approaches to health. My mission is to inspire and support our customers in adopting healthier habits, with specific attention to nutrition, exercise and rest. Together we strive for a healthier and happier life.

How are we going to start?

Introduction

    A personal meeting to discuss your goals, needs and any limitations. Evaluation of your current physical condition and health background. Discussion of your training preferences, schedule and expectations from the program.


Measuring is knowing

    Comprehensive assessment of your current fitness level, including strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility. Setting realistic and measurable goals based on the assessment. Discussion of any limitations or health issues that may impact the training program. Creating an individual training plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

To work

    We will determine when the workouts suit you best. Discussion of nutritional guidelines and any additional support needed to achieve your goals. Regular evaluation of your progress and adjustments to the plan if necessary. Support, motivation and guidance throughout the process to to help you achieve your goals.

  • What is the typical duration of a training session?

    A session lasts at least 60 minutes. This can sometimes take longer if there is time for this. The costs are per session so you don't have to worry about this.

  • Are the sessions suitable for people of all fitness levels, including beginners?

    Yes, the sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. During the intake we assess your current fitness in areas such as strength, fitness and flexibility. Based on this, we build your training to guide you towards your goals.

  • Do I have to pay for an introductory meeting?

    No, you do not have to pay for an introductory meeting. The introduction is precisely to see if I can help you achieve your goals. It is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals and see if my services match your needs and expectations

  • How flexible are the training hours and can they be adapted to my agenda?

    Our training hours are very flexible and can be adapted to your agenda. I am available 7 days a week, at any hour of the day, unless other training sessions have already been scheduled around the desired hours. To ensure we meet your planning requirements, we can plan together up to 5 weeks in advance. This allows us to accurately tailor your training schedule to your availability and to avoid any conflicts with other appointments.
